Is it safe to order on your website?
To secure aginst credit card fraud, in common with other reputable online businesses, we employ Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software to encrypt your personal details, including your credit card number, name and adddress.
Can I order by telephone?
Of course! Just call us on 08 9471 1736 and we will be pleased to take your order, and answer any queries you may have.
Delivery
Who will deliver my order?
We use both Australia Post and national couriers. We choose whichever is best for your order.
Will you deliver to a different address to my billing address?
We prefer to ship to the address held on record my your credit card company.
How will I know when my order has been despatched?
We will keep you informed of the progress of your order by email as long as you've given us a valid email address.
How long will I have to wait?
Orders placed in the morning (WA time) will be despatched that afternoon. Delivery takes 1-2 days for WA and 5-6 days for the east coast.
Do you require a signature when my order is delivered?
Yes. To ensure your order is received safely, we will require a signature.
Returns
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
For hygiene reasons, we don't accept returns on jewellery so please choose carefully.
To return a product, please follow the steps outlined below:
1. Obtain a Return Authorisation number (RA number) within 14 days of the original shipment date by calling us on 08 9471 1736
2. Please provide the following information when requesting an RA number:
original order number (located on the packing slip), name of the product being returned, reason for return, your name, day-time telephone number and email address.
3. Verify that all products are in their original packaging. Products that are returned incomplete, or damaged, will incur a deduction.
4. For your protection, use a "traceable" shipping method, ie one requiring an acceptance signature.
5. Return the product within 14 days of the RA number being issued. Print the RA number on the outside of the package. Packages without an RA number will be returned to the sender.
6. A credit will be issued after we have received, inspected, and processed your return.
